- An effective marketing plan tailored to your property, highlighting unique features, target audience, and local market conditions. The plan is reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed according to market feedback.

A full-service home sale includes the costs for photography, floor plans, all marketing materials and promotion, and full staging. Coordination of house cleaning and association documents (if applicable) are also included. These expenses are submitted for reimbursement to RHC Realty, LLC upon settlement.
Additional services include coordination of estate sales, clear out, and renovations and repairs. This includes gathering estimates, scheduling services, communicating with vendors, providing access, tending to logistics, and financial oversight. It is project management of the transition from a long-held home to a simpler living space or on behalf of an estate.
All vendor services will be subject to approval. Please note some vendors will accept payment at the time of settlement. Otherwise, payments will be collected directly by the vendor in accordance with their terms.
Compensation for the home sale is negotiated between you and Rachel and is subject to broker approval.
