Downsizing

Upon consultation, we will create a plan for parting with personal possessions based on your goal and timeline. The hourly fee is for coordination of tasks, oversight of the process, progress, and finances, and light physical labor. Examples of this offering include sorting items for donation or sale, providing a list of donations for tax purposes, identifying resources, and implementing logistics.  Tasks requiring vendors (i.e. clear out companies, movers, estate sales) are coordinated and subject to approval. These expenses will be collected by the vendor according to their terms.  Packing and move services will be performed by a trusted professional moving company.  Please note: 

• Real estate regulations and ethics prevent offering any advice pertaining to the sale of the home once a brokerage agreement is in place with another Realtor. 
• If we implement a brokerage agreement after á la carte services have commenced, a portion of that expense will be reimbursed at the time of settlement, subject to broker approval.
• There is no transportation fee. All hours will be billed monthly with a description of services rendered.
